     Thai Green Curry (Gaeng Kiew Waan Gai) - Thai Green curry with chicken is one of the most well-known and popular Thai curries. Rich coconut based green curry with chicken and vegetables packed full of spicy, savoury sweet, salty flavour.


·      Thai Spicy Salad (Somtum Thai) - Thai spicy papaya salad is the most well love street food dish. This Thai spicy salad combines crunchy mix of unripe shredded green papaya, carrot, green beans and tomatoes with spicy, sweet and sour salad dressing and crunchy peanut.


·      Thai Chicken Satay (Satay Gai) - Spiced grilled chicken skewers served with rich peanut sauce and Thai cucumber relish.


·      Thai coconut pancake (Khanom Baa Bin) - Thai coconut mini pancake is a popular Thai dessert made from grated coconut, gluttonise rice flour, coconut milk and sugar


·      Thai Jasmine Rice (Khao Swey) - Fragrant Thai Jasmine Rice cooked to perfection


·      Stir Fried Rice Noodles with sweet soy sauce (Pad See ew moo) - Easily found and delicious street food dish, Stir fried flat rice noodle with pork, soy sauce, green leave vegetables and egg.


·     Crying Tiger - marinated grilled steak served with a tasty spicy dipping sauce.  




The day begins at 9.30am and we invite you to join us with welcome tea or coffee in the cookery school at 9.15am, where you will have a chance to meet your fellow delegates and chef. Your chef will talk you through the class menu and how the day will run before you are assigned a workspace in our fully equipped kitchen, overlooking the beautiful estate at Braxted Park. 


The step-by-step tuition is fun and easy to follow and the cookery school team will be available to assist you throughout the day.


At the end of a full day of cooking, everyone’s efforts will be rewarded with a glass of wine and a sit-down meal that has been cooked during the day, where hints and tips can be shared with the group while enjoying the food that you have prepared. The class ends at approximately 3:30 pm.


Please note that the dishes listed may vary due to the availability of fresh produce as a result of seasonal changes. Please note Children over the age of 8 years old are welcome to attend and participate in any of our classes at the full cost of a place but MUST be accompanied by 1 paying adult.
